Empowering health via
Direct Primary Care.

What is Direct Primary Care?

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare model that restores the patient-physician bond by removing insurance middle-men. Opening Jan 4, 2027, at 6429 Pierson Rd, Suite 12, Flushing MI 48433, we prioritize your time.

How does DPC work?

For a flat monthly fee, you get direct, open access to your physician without the red tape constraints of traditional practices. No copays, no phone trees, no third parties.

Who benefits from DPC?

Anyone seeking affordable, high-quality care tailored directly to them. Every visit is thorough, relaxed, and as long as you need to address your health concerns. The longer you're our patient, the more we learn and the better we can help you maintain your health.

Bottom line: we offer a better way to stay well through a direct partnership with your doctor in Flushing.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance Questions

No. Fortunately for both you and us, your membership is paid directly to the practice. This saves patients from the arbitrary, intrusive decisions that come with insurance.

I don't have insurance. Can I still join?

Yes! Membership is open whether or not you have insurance.

Do I still need health insurance?

We recommend keeping health insurance to cover services outside your membership, such as hospital stays, specialists and emergencies. Many patients opt for a high-deductible plan with a health savings account.

If I have Medicare, can I still join?

Yes. You need to sign a one-time waiver declaring that neither you nor your doctor will bill Medicare for our services. Medicare can continue to be used for other medical care outside of our practice including: laboratory testing, imaging, medications, and specialist visits.

Is the membership fee eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement?

There is a good chance it is. However, eligibility depends on your specific plan. Check with your HSA or FSA administrator to confirm whether membership fees qualify.

Membership Questions

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Your Miller & Me membership is month-to-month. We earn your trust every month, and you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

What if I need specialized care?

Your membership covers your primary care. When you need a specialist, your doctor will refer you, coordinate directly with them, and help you navigate the next steps.

Are there additional fees?

Most care is included in your flat monthly fee, with no copays. Labs and some procedures carry a small, transparent cost at wholesale pricing, and we always tell you the cost up front.

Can children become members too?

Yes. We are happy to accept the children of our enrolled clients at a $50/month additional membership fee.

Can I contact my physician after hours?

Of course! This access is one of the many benefits of the DPC model. You may text, call, or email your physician whenever you need because illness and injury do not respect office hours.

What if I need medical attention while away from home?

We are still here for you! You can reach out to us wherever you are and we will do our best to address your concerns.

What if I decide to cancel?

We expect to have an open, honest, respectful relationship. If DPC is not for you or you are not satisfied, you can terminate your membership at any time with a 30-day notice.

Have additional questions?

Reach out at any time and we will gladly answer any questions you may have.
